Regarded by many as the food is the tastiest, dark chocolate also offers many benefits. However, do not abuse it because it is still a high sugar and fat.

1. It is rich in antioxidants

Dark chocolate contains good amounts of flavonoids, antioxidants found in red wine and many fruits and vegetables, and fighting disease. In fact, it seems that it contains more flavonoids than any other food.
